If you're not receiving the activation code, check your spam folder as sometimes the activation email will be routed there by your email provider. If the activation email is still not there, try adding [email protected] to your email contacts list and try to send the activation email once more.
Also, on the resend activation key page, check the email address you have provided to make sure there aren't any typo's that were made when entering in the email address. If there are any mistakes, you can correct them on that page
